As a poet, Caroline has featured at Young Chicago Authors, Luya, Exhibit B, In One Ear, Big Kid Slam, Uptown Poetry Slam, Makespace, and TIES. She also competed in the 2016 National Poetry Slam and was on the writing team for the lyric play Nevermind, It's Nothing, which premiered in Chicago in 2017. In 2022, Caroline was selected for SPARK, an artistic residency program where she created a new piece of theatre for young audiences in partnership with Filament Theatre's Youth Collaborators. Currently, Caroline is a contributing writer and podcaster for Feminist Book Club. Caroline earned a BA in Comedy Writing and Performance from Columbia College Chicago and trained in sketch writing as a part of the Comedy Studies program at Second City.
Caroline is the producer and host of the Chicago poetry show
and open mic, Grandma's House. Grandma's House was selected
as the Best Reading Series in the Chicago Reader's Best of Chicago 2022.
